Radha Savitala

Chief Legal Officer

Ms. Savitala has over 15 years of experience in legal and healthcare operations. Her experience includes healthcare law and corporate law. She has led merger and acquisition transactions for Prime Healthcare for over 10 years and worked with many organizations including for-profit, non-profit, independent hospitals and large systems. Most recently, Ms. Savitala served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for an FQHC with 26 locations.

She earned her Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine and her Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law.
